Praveen has over 32 years of professional experience, having worked with global organisations including TCS, Zensar and Accenture.
Most recently, he spent nearly 13 years at Nomura India as Executive Director and India COO. There, he was responsible for the Global Wholesale IT Division, the Group Transformation Office and the Digital Company/FinTech Division, leading some of the firm’s most complex business transformation initiatives. He also led the Vendor Management Office and the Global Technology COO/Business Management Shared Services function.
Praveen brings broad expertise across areas including technology business management, IT finance, strategic planning, cost and performance management, digital strategy, IT governance, vendor risk, sourcing models, client engagement, business development and solution design.
His passion lies in human capital evolution, including workforce transformation, learning culture, coaching and mentoring. He continues to pursue new areas of learning to stay challenged and inspired.
