His career spans senior roles with large banks - Citibank, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo (across the US and UK) - where he has successfully developed and executed complex risk and capital methodologies. Ajay is a proven leader with deep expertise in Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Relations, and has extensive experience assisting banks with Enterprise Risk Programmes. His experience cuts across managing multiple risk types particularly Credit, Market & Counterparty, Model, Liquidity, Interest Rate, and Capital Adequacy.
