MIRAI by Dailoqa 未来 - Japanese for "future"

Build the next generation of AI-native financial services talent.

An 18-month programme from Dailoqa, delivered with Bennett University, for engineers who will graduate bilingual, agentic AI-fluent, and industry-ready in financial services.

With a Japan focus.

MIRAI PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

One programme, three disciplines, one shared outcome

MIRAI is Dailoqa's flagship programme to build the next generation of AI-native financial services engineers.

It is built on three core dimensions: an 18-month Japanese language journey, hands-on experience with agentic AI on Dailoqa's platform, and real project work with banking and financial services partners.

The course begins by covering language and technical basics, and by the last stage students are working on live agentic AI projects to solve actual business problems. The programme provides a route for students joining it and for the financial institutions that require such skills, leading from classroom study to practical, industry-ready results.

WHY Choose MIRAI

The combination is rare. That's the point.

The combination is rare. That is the point.

Most programmes teach one of these disciplines well. MIRAI is built around the intersection of all three.

01

Built on live client work, not simulations

Integration-phase projects run against real problems from banking and financial services partners. The same kind of work participants would do on the job.

02

Backed by an accredited university and an AI-native company

Delivered jointly by Bennett University (NAAC A+ accredited, The Times Group) and Dailoqa, an AI-native company with deep financial services expertise.

03

Outcomes you can check, not just promises

Cohort 1 posted 100% programme retention, a 77% JLPT-N5 pass rate, and internship placement for every student who passed.

04

No prior Japanese or AI background required

The 18-month structure takes engineering students from zero in Japanese and agentic AI to professional working competence in both.

THE THREE DIMENSIONS

Individually valuable. Collectively rare.

Japanese language

An 18-month journey toward professional-level fluency. Built for real client conversations and project delivery, not just examinations.

Agentic AI

Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and improving agentic systems on Dailoqa's platform, applied to financial services problems.

Financial services

Real project work with banking and financial services partners. Understanding the operations, regulation, and workflows AI is transforming.

Our Program Structure

From language foundations to live agentic AI projects.

Program Structure

From language foundations to live agentic AI projects.

Months 1 to 6

Foundations

All three dimensions begin from day one. Japanese language, agentic AI, and financial services fundamentals, alongside the study habits the rest of the programme requires.

Months 7 to 12

Application

The dimensions start to converge. Japanese is used in professional contexts. AI deployment is explored against real scenarios. Financial operations knowledge deepens.

Months 13 to 18

Integration

Participants contribute to live agentic AI projects that solve concrete business challenges for banking and financial services partners.

.

Internship Pathway

Students who complete their JLPT-N5 certification become eligible for internship opportunities. A direct route from learning into real-world application.

MIRAI BY DAILOQA

Who is Mirai For?

Built for engineering students ready to commit to something rare.

MIRAI is currently open to third-year B.Tech engineering students enrolled at Bennett University. If that is you, it is a good fit if you are curious about AI and agentic systems, interested in a career at the intersection of technology and financial services, willing to commit consistent time to language learning over 18 months, and comfortable working in project teams on live, ambiguous problems.

You do not need any prior Japanese language knowledge, prior experience with AI, machine learning, or agentic systems, a finance or commerce background, or prior internship or industry experience.

AI without expertise breaks. Expertise without AI stalls.

Skills you will build

Skills that are each in demand, and rare in combination.

Where you will work?

Platforms and real-world environments you will work in.

Outcomes

What you will be able to do when MIRAI is complete.

Communicate professionally in Japanese in client-facing and project settings. Design, deploy, and monitor agentic AI systems end to end. Navigate the operations, regulatory context, and workflows of financial services. Contribute to and help deliver a live AI project with a financial services partner. Operate in cross-border, cross-cultural project teams. Speak to your own project work with the depth of someone who has shipped it.

For students: a career at the intersection few can reach

Bilingual fluency, hands-on agentic AI skill, and financial services domain knowledge. Three disciplines that are each valuable alone, and rare together in one engineer.

Internship and project opportunities through MIRAI are with Dailoqa's financial services clients and partners. Students work with Japanese clients and in Japanese business contexts as part of the programme, building the kind of cross-market fluency that is increasingly valued in financial services. These opportunities are based in India, so students gain real experience in Japanese business contexts without needing to relocate.

AI without expertise breaks. Expertise without AI stalls.

For financial institutions: talent built for how the work is changing

Engineers who can operate across markets where language, culture, and context matter, and who arrive having already shipped agentic AI work against real business problems.
