Piyush is a senior consulting and technology leader with deep experience across APAC, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At Accenture, he held a number of senior roles with responsibility for major P&L portfolios, helping clients navigate complex transformation across strategy, technology and operations.
His work has spanned business strategy and digital transformation, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. Prior to Accenture, he was a Sales and Management Board Member at UK-based technology and outsourcing firm Xansa.
Throughout his career, Piyush has led high-impact transformation programmes across industries. These include large-scale digital journeys with global banks, the world’s largest mortgage provider by volume, and a leading commercial insurer. He has also helped shape organisational and talent strategy for a major public sector bank in Southeast Asia, and driven automation and digital change in the mining sector.
Piyush brings a strategic lens and a sharp understanding of how to turn complex business challenges into practical, high-value solutions. His leadership style is collaborative, grounded and people-first, empowering teams to deliver real and lasting change.
Most recently Piyush has been instrumental in architecting the AI native business architecture for financial services institutions underpinned by Dailoqa's Broccoli platform. He has been advising boards of banks, wealth management organisations and fintechs on their AI strategy and organisational transformation by deploying agentic capabilities.
