Ian is a financial services and capital markets specialist with experience developing and managing businesses for Tier 1 institutions across investment banking, asset management and wealth management.
He has held senior roles with responsibility for both trading and sales, helping shape products and services optimised against regulatory and risk constraints. In his recent consulting work with a Big Four advisory firm, he has advised clients across the investment and wealth sectors, while also developing propositions in areas such as carbon markets, digital personalisation, fintech, and the applied use of AI.
Ian’s expertise spans treasury, FX, risk, trading, sales and marketing. He brings a practical understanding of regulatory optimisation, product development, multi-asset solutions, outsourcing, and business performance improvement, underpinned by a strong track record in team leadership and client delivery.
