His career includes leadership roles at Accenture, Schroders and BlackRock, and has been defined by a focus on delivering transformative change.
Joost’s experience spans project management, programme delivery, change portfolio oversight and strategic innovation. In his last corporate role, he was Head of Innovation at Schroders, where he led global initiatives to increase agility across the 150-year-old firm.
His approach to complex challenges blends creativity with pragmatism, shaped by an international background that includes his Dutch roots, time in Paris and current base in the UK.
